Hokkaido Snow Festival - Food part 1

Spicy soup curry - pumpkin, egg, scallop, shrimp, peppers, broccoli, etc w/ saffron rice

Meccha oishii sou da! Except for the meat stuff of course. Cheese ramen though? That's maybe a bit of a stretch, considering the "cheese" in Japan was total shite. How was it?

This is in Hokkaido, where the dairy quality is better than elsewhere (milk was BOMB and cheesecake was amazing), but the cheese itself reminded me of the stuff they grate over your plate at Olive Garden. But as it melted, it actually blended well with the ramen.
